Student training

The Institute of Innate Immunity is involved in training Bachelors, Masters and PhD students, as well as Medical students.

Regular courses take place at the institute to train students in techniques and special topics of innate immunity. We train students of the Bachelor Program Molecular Biomedicine and the Masters Program Life & Medical Sciences of the LIMES Institute of the University of Bonn.

In addition, Professor Latz is training students in molecular imaging at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, MA, USA and the Norwegian University of Sciences and Technology in Trondheim, Norway.

Students and faculty from the International Innate Immunity Consortium (IIIC) are also trained at the institute and during visits at the different collaborators.
